Welcome to VVB Packaging Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our website box.szvve.com, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our packaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

• VVB, we, us means VVB Packaging Co., Ltd.
• Client, you means any individual or business entity engaging our services.
• Services means custom packaging design, manufacturing, sampling, and related services.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information through inquiry forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or redistribute website content without written permission
• Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements is the property of VVB Packaging Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Client-submitted designs remain the intellectual property of the client and are protected under NDA.

4. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is based on specifications provided and changes to specifications may affect the final price
• We reserve the right to correct errors in quotations

5. Orders and Payment

• Standard terms: 30 percent deposit and 70 percent balance before shipment
• For long-term clients with established history, net 30 terms may be available
• Payment methods: T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union
• Letter of Credit is available for orders above USD 50,000

6. Samples

• Physical samples are provided for all new customers before bulk production
• Sample fee is credited toward the bulk order upon confirmation
• Shipping costs for samples are borne by the client
• Sample delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days

7. Quality and Specifications

We adhere to AQL 2.5 sampling standards. All products undergo our 4-stage QC process. Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Production lead time is typically 15 to 20 business days after sample approval
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on shipping method and destination
• We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin
• Risk of loss transfers to the client per agreed Incoterms

9. Confidentiality

All client designs, specifications, and business information are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs as a standard practice before reviewing custom designs. We do not share client designs or produce identical products for competing brands.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VVB Packaging's liability is limited to the value of the specific order from which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
